Monkey Bread Recipe

Basic Ingredients:
3-4 packages of Refrigerated Biscuit Dough (any kind)
1 cup White Sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup Margarine or Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar

Optional Ingredients:
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts OR Pecans
1 Cup Raisins
1 Package of Pudding mix

Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 350. Grease bundt pan (NOT a tube pan, MANY people have ended up Burned with tube pans w/this recipe) You can also do this in “Cupcake” style using a cupcake pan -of course you should also use cupcake holders- OR you can use a bread pan. Its all up to ya!
2 Cut up biscuits into quarters.
3 Mix White Sugar and Cinnamon in a BAG.
4 Throw biscuits (a few at a time) into “sugar bag” and SHAKE!
5 Spray pan w/non stick spray, Then Place Nuts, and OR Raisins and Pudding mix in bottom of Pan.
6 Place biscuits in Pan on TOP of nuts and dry pudding mix. (Or if your using a different pan style than a bundt pan, then place Nuts/optional ingredients ON TOP of biscuits)!
7 In sm saucepan Melt the butter w/brown sugar. Wait until it starts to boil, then Pour over the biscuits.
8 Bake for about 37 Minutes. When you take it out, let it COOL for 5-10 minutes, turn it upside down on a plate and Walla! There you go with your MONKEY BREAD! 🙂
